Mahsa Amini poster

In September 2022, 22-year-old Masha Amini died after being arrested by Iran’s morality police for allegedly wearing her headscarf “improperly.” Her death became a symbol of global outrage and sparked the powerful movement “Woman, Life, Freedom.”

Her story moved me deeply. As a small act of solidarity, I created a poster, raised funds, and donated to a charity supporting women’s rights. It was my way of standing with those fighting for freedom.

Masha’s name lives on in the fight for justice. We must never forget her.
